Create Room

Split evenly into one window per zone
How long each zone stays locked at the start of its window, so nobody can capture one the moment it appears
How long a Runner cannot be caught again after a catch takes their shield
Every Runner loses their shield when this many zones have closed
How long a Runner who still has their shield when shields run out goes invisible: nobody else is shown where they are
Tap the map to set the middle of the target area. When the game starts, the final zone every Runner is racing for is hidden at a random point inside it - not even you will be told where.
How far from the middle the final zone might be hidden. This is the only thing it decides - it does not bound the zones, the Runners, or how far the game ranges.

      Shields

      Every Runner starts with one shield against the Hunters. The first catch takes it and makes you immune for a few minutes; the second puts you out. Shields only last the first few zones. Keep yours until they run out and you go invisible for a few minutes. Missing a zone always puts you out, shield or not.

      Target Area

      The final zone is hidden somewhere in this circle, the same one for every Runner. Each of them closes in on it through their own zones, and you are never told where it is.

      Closing the app doesn't take you out of the room - open it again and you're straight back. Leave Lobby takes you out of the room.
